Today is the birthday of the inventor of the radio and telegraph, Guglielmo Marconi.

For a century since Marconi invented radio has been used in many ways and for many purposes: communicating the truth, spreading lies, entertainment, wholesome and not.

Radio is a tool and it is up to us to use it for good.A beautiful way to give glory to God while saving souls and sanctifying the gift of radio is to turn the dial to Catholic radio. In Ireland, we are blessed with both Radio Maria and EWTN.

With Radio Maria you can join with others in prayer through out the day and especially join in praying for Ireland before bed at 9pm. Remember, Jesus promised that where two or more are gathered, He will be there and wherever Jesus is His Mother will be.
